Which Aeolian Island Is Right For You?

Date:

Most of the time we are looking for an exotic destination, which we often pursue in remote locations, hundreds of thousands of kilometers away from Italy and from Europe.

Very often we forget that similar places are hidden a few miles from home and that Sicily reserves unspoiled locations and paradisiacal islands such as the Aeolian Islands.

7 islands totally different from each other, although close to each other: Alicudi, Filicudi, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Stromboli and Vulcano are the names of the islands born from the fiery fury of the volcanoes where spring never passes, the air is sweet, the sun is stubborn and nature always flourishes, softening rocks, volcanoes, lava plateaus, deserts, canyons and coasts overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The Aeolian Islands, located in the north of Sicily, are easily reachable by a ferry all year around from Milazzo and during the summer months directly from Palermo.
